The material that our products are manufactured from – ABS plastic – was made mainly for applications in the automotive industry. It sees a broad usage as far as the production of factory bumpers and other primary elements of car bodywork go. These parts are characterized by long lasting and elasticity – vital features of automotive components. The affirmation of the flair of our products is the fact that ABS is certified with the TUV, and a major portion of items manufactured from it has been given the TAILEGUTACHTEN certificate.
Products made of ABS come to be in a process that is made up of many different steps. At the very end of the procedure they go through manual processing and also get their final detailing. Such precision of production is an obvious proof that we take the making of our elements extremely seriously. Furthermore, all of our parts are subjected to a strict flair control to prevent those that show defects from ever being shipped to our customers.
